چکیده
Background: Lilium (Lilium longiflorum Thunb.) belongs to the family Liliaceae and is a native of Northern Hemisphere (up South Canada Siberia). Conventionally, lilium can easily be propagated by sexual asexual methods propagation but these prevalent are not capable meeting increasing demand in domestic global market. Generally, through bulbs which has bottlenecks like high cost planting material, infected from seed borne other diseases mosaic, grey mould, etc. So, vitro multiplication utmost important. Lily regenerated explants The objective present study was identify best media explant among scales nodal segments belonging three different cultivars viz., Elite, Brunello, Cordelia where maximum number shoots could regenerated. Methods: investigation carried out tissue Culture Laboratory Centre for Research Application Plant Tissue Culture. Twenty-five combinations were used their effect on shoot regeneration various cultivars. Two type viz. aseptically excised Lilum cultured Murashige Skoog (MS) medium containing concentrations 6-benzyl amino purine (BAP), kinetin Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA). Result: In Elite observed when combination i.e., LM-8 (MS+BAP 3.0 mg/l+NAA0.1 mg/l). cultivar Cordelia, showed response LM-24 (MS+Kinetin 2.0 mg/l+NAA 0.1

IN VITRO REGENERATION OF SHOOT AND CORM FROM THE DIF'FERENT EXPLANTS OF CROCUS SATWUS L
Different explants of Crocus sativus L. such as corm, style, ovary, petal, anther and leaf were cultured on LS and MS media supplemented with NAA and BAP or 2,4-D plus BAP at different combinations. Shoot and corm induction occurred in addition to the formation of other organs. Efficient plantlet regeneration with strong roots occurred at 1 mg 1-I of both NAA and BAP. An increase in 2,4-D l...
متن کاملHigh-Frequency in Vitro Direct Shoot Regeneration from Nodal Explants of Hyssop Plant (Hyssopus officinalis L.)
Considering great medicinal value of Hyssopus officinalis L. and possibility of its mass production through in vitro culture, two individual experiments was conducted. Effect of various concentrations (0, 2.2, 4.4 and 11 µmol) of TDZ and BAP in combination with 1 µmol of IAA on direct regeneration from nodal explants were assessed. Significant difference between treatments was observed (P≤ 0.01...

Punicagranatum cv. Malassaveh is one of the most desirable commercial cultivars in Iran. In thisstudy some experiments were conducted to introduce the best hormonal treatments for directadventitious shoot regeneration from mentioned cultivar via cotyledonary explants. For thispurpose, both liquid and agarMurashige and Skoog (1962) (MS) medium supplemented with BAat 2, 4.5, 9, 13 μM alone and in...
